Default Foam, Foam, Way To Much Foam

i have a kenmore kegerator and i have a full keg of bud light i cleaned the lines and the tap before this keg i keep the beer at about 34 degrees and i have the pressure about 12psi on my first poor in a 20oz. glass i get about half foam if i poor another right after its fine wait a while and the foam comes back can anyone give me some suggestions thanks

there are SOOOOOOOO many posts with the same question.
If you do a quick search you will see many people with the same problem which results in the same solution.

Do a search for "blower" or "tower cooling".

I know this may not be the answer you want but what I do is have a cup on the kegerator and before I pour my beer a do a quick pull in the cup and then in my glass. I usually get about 12+ beers before the cup even gets close to full, lately I just drink the cup immediately or pour it in my beer.

Or get a blower for your tower. Whichever works for you.
