nostalgia temp problem

nostalgia temp problem

i backed off my nostalgia temp with the small phillips srew above the temp control knob about 14 hrs ago.i got the temp to 36. the keggerator still runs on without shutting off .is this normal?temp in guarage about 85 degres.
