Default Main valve off?
If I have the main valve off, but everything else open and the keg tapped:

Should the High Pressure (gauge showing whats left in tank) gauge stay constant?

If it should, will the beer "degassing" cause it to go down?

By main valve do you mean the one on the tank or valve under the regulator?
