Default BeerGas - Regulators & Carbonating Home Brew

I like to brew and bottle Irish Ales. I purchased a Cornelius Keg for a draft setup. After reading many posts on this site I know that I would like to use a N02/C02 "BeerGas" blend for creamy beer head.

However I will be brewing other styles which will require straight C02.

Regulator Question:
Is there a regulator that works for both Beergas and straight C02, or will I need two regulators and two tanks?

Carbonation Question:
I will be siphoning flat beer into the keg where it can be carbonated. Is there any special considerations for doing this with BeerGas?

Tap Question:
Do BeerGas and straight C02 require different taps?

Thanks very much!
