Default Nitro Regulator

I want a duel gage regulator.
It has a 60lb psi for out and a 0 - 400 psi in.
I know it was used in a medical lab setting.
it says nitrogen

Is this a regulator you already have or is this a Nitrogen regulator you require? Your inlet pressure should be 3000 PSIG. Check this regulator out for beer.
