Shock Top PSI?
Just hooked up a 1/2 barrel of Shock Top and I have been toying with the PSI. Had it set on 15 from my last barrel (Hoegaarden) and figured I would keep it the same because of the similarities between the two brews but I am getting a bit too much foam. Set it down to 11 and it seems like it is too slow. Any help?
