Default Question about Amstel Light and a Kegerator

Hope I posted in the proper place. I have a Summit SBC490-BIFR built-in kegerator and I was wondering what the proper temperature and CO2 pressure settings should be for a 1/2 of Amstel Light? Also, the way my bar is built I have about 1.5 inches of space in between the top of the bar and the kegerator, is that ok or do I need something like say an insulated piece of pvc piping to put around the hose going up into the tower? Thanks for your help.

John

Target 38 degrees F liquid @ 14 PSIG. Extend the kegerator with pvc and insulate around it. Place flex hose in to the tower.
