Default All Foam

OK my wife bought me a danby tap and chill last year, the first two 1/2 barrels I used worked fine, then i decided to try a 1/4, receive a ton a foam with every pour, thought the line was kinked, so i moved it around, tried another 1/4 all foam, i was thinking at first it was the keg or maybe just 1/4 wouldn't work well, now I have a 1/2 and its been tapped for a month temp is at 38 and the pressure is right around 10. any suggestions since i'm still getting a ton of foam. This is interrupting my drinking
