Default Tap leaking!!!

I just installed a micromatic kegerator conversion kit. I have a 1/6 barrel of a local pale. The temp. is around 36-38 in the fridge and the pressure is at 11psi, but the keg is leaking from the tapper. I have tried to tighten it several times and still the same result. What could be the cause of this??

If it is leaking at the top of the coupler, the washer may be missing from under the hex nut / tailpiece.

Default keg/tap leak

No, the tap is leaking where it meets the keg. There is always beer around the tap inside the keg connection.

Is the bottom seal on the coupler damaged?
