Default Frigidair not cold enough?

My kegerator liquid temp hovers between 38 to 41. Most of the time when I check it seems to be at 40. I have no problems with pouring, but sure would like to see it a little cooler. When first purchased I read that the thermostat was preset so not to freeze the beer. Thier is an adjustment srew on the back(no up/down arrows or numbers)and I turned it to the left 1 turn. The model is PLKU1267DSO. I can take some pics and post them if need be.
