Default Cooling System

okay....I have an undercounter unit in a custom bar. I want the tap mounted on the bar about 5-6 feet away. I am leaving about 3-3 1/2" space from kegerator to counter top to run hoses. I know that I need to set up a fan cooling system all the way to the tap. I have read many threads, but I want to make sure I have everything correct. So forgive me, I NEED HELP!

I have a double faucet tower that is 3" in diameter. Is a 2 1/2" hole big enough to route everything, or will I actually have to cut a 3" hole in the unit and counter top?? I planned on only a 2 1/2" cut.

Now, the cooling system: beer line running to tap along side a 1" flex PVC or clear vinyl hose connected to a fan in the kegerator. Around that, a 2" flex PVC hose for return flow. Will a 2" outer hose be big enough or do I need 2 1/2" to allow good return air flow?? Wrapped around the outer hose is foam/rubber insulation........

Now for the fan: 12V A/C or D/C?? How many CFM's?? Blower or PC fan??

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."

I have never seen a return hose used for the return air, but 2" seems big enough. More than I have now with no return tube.

As for the fan the only realy difference between A/C and D/C is the wiring config and the noise (DC is quieter).

I have a 32 cfm blower, but I have seen (on here) that less works fine for tower cooling...I just wanted to be safe and that is what Psychodad used.

Otherwise...Cubby's link holds the rest.
