Default Washer between beer line and tap

I just realized that I went through an entire keg without a washer where the beer line connects to the keg tap. Obviously, after realizing the mistake, I have now put back the washer. But my question is, have I done any permanent damage to the beer line and/or the tailpiece at the end of the beer line?

.

If you dont see any beer spilled in the fridge nothing bad happened. Afterall, the parts are made of steel. Not like it will get hurt
I accidentally forgot the gasket when cleaning my lines tonight and shot beer line cleaner all over myself
