Default Problem with cold plate

My set up with my home tap is I have a collage size refrige with a cold plate inside. I seem to be having a problem with the plate getting to cold. Has anyone tried this before and if so do you have any ideas on how to get this running right.

Not sure what a "collage size" refer is, but is the compressor running constantly? The plate is supposed to get cold, so what is too cold? Perhaps the Iceman could jump in here if you provide a few more details.

I think he means a college size fridge, or dorm fridge. Probably a mini-fridge.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
