Default Tap Handle Sticking

I'm currently on my 5th keg and the tap handle on my kegerator is starting to stick on the first pour of the day and then loosens up for subsequent beers. I thoroughly clean all the parts between kegs including the faucet. It seems like some sort of lubrication may be needed for the shaft assembly. I couldn't find any mention of it in the kegerator manual. Please advise.

it is the sugars from the beer that builds up and causes that, mine does the same thing from time to time, no big deal

Thanks! Any way to prevent it? Besides cleaning the faucet every other day.

I clean my system between keg changes, on average every 3 weeks. if I dont pull a draft for 3-4 days, there will be a noticeable tug on the tap handle, I dont worry bout it! []

Easy cure. Drink more beer more often.
