Default Sticky faucet

Been running into a problem with my faucet sticking. After several days of not tapping I find the faucet to be hard to tap until i break the sticky seal (worried about cracking the tower head). Any suggestions for a lubricant. I do clean the faucet and lines after every new 1/4 barrell. I've heard of an upgraded faucet but am looking for a quick fix for now.

I've read on here that food-grade grease does the trick. I have problems with sticking myself but haven't tried the grease though.

What do you mean by food grade grease, something like Criso? I'm worried about a build up affecting it even more after time.

Crisco will kill the head on your beer like nothing else. Keep it away from anything that touches beer.

Exercise the faucet daily or get a Ventmatic.
