Default Guinness Line question

Do you use the same restriction formula for guinness or do you want more pressure left over at the faucet. for example if you have 32psi you would want alsmost 12' of 3/16 line or would you want less to achive a higher pressure for a stout faucet.

I have 5' of 3/16 line with a stout faucet and the pressure of the mixed gas set to 30psi and it pours perfect.
