i just ran out of beer from my first keg, first question would be what do i do? leave co2 on or off? i am waiting on the mail for my cleaning kit and want to put another keg on maybe tomorrow so will the lines be ok or can i clean them another way untill my cleaner arrives? my co2 is off and has been for a few days. thanks Gary
I turn the CO2 off when the keg runs dry and I release the plunger of the coupler but keep it connected until I'm ready to replace the keg. I would at least flush hot water through the coupler prior to tapping the new keg, but it would most likely not matter.
