We have a draft home set up with: a common CO2 tank, regulator and manifold. We run a 1/6 barrel of Sam Adams Cherry Wheat (constant)and 1/6 barrel of Sam Adams seasonal (October Fest, Winter Lager). The lines and taps are cleaned every barrel, pressure is 8 # CO2. Same frig (36 deg F, shot with infrared and separate probe thermometer), air circulation fan inside (common temp), 6" stainless shanks, dual low profile taps, same all the way through.
All equipment is Micromatic and common except for the tap handles.
Questions is --- the seasonal always foams a lot more than the Cherry Wheat. Any ideas???
