Default Kegging homebrew in D system- keg

Hello, I was wondering how you get beer into a keg with a D system. I have a 5 gallon keg with a d-valve, wondering if it is possible to siphon my brew through the top of the tap in the beer out hole.

This is a good question. I've never heard of it being done, everyone I know uses corny kegs. There are some B.O.P facilities that you maybe could do this at (Shennandoah Brewing Co. in the DC area).

I'd be keen to hear if anyone has ever done this. Seems like you'd need some specialized equipment.
