What temp? What pressure? How long is the beer line? What's it's internal diameter? What sea level are you at? What kind of kegerator?

I think you need to up your pressure. If you search around you can find the recommended setting for Lite, I don't know it off the top of my head, I just know it's higher than 10lbs (Maybe 14-16). Also the location of the faucet might be causing problems. Is connected right to the front of the fridge? The beer might be getting warm at the faucet point.
I'll also mention that if you've just brought the keg home it needs time to sit so the CO2 in solution can settle as well as having it get back down to temp. I almost never tap my sixtels unless they've sat for 4 hours. For 1/2 barrel kegs I let 'em sit overnight.
You mentioned there'd never been a problem till now, what's changed? Any new equipment? New location for the unit? Higher than normal ambient temps?

Always look at the top seal on kegs for damage before buying. Very little barrier between pressure going in keg and beer coming out. If this is broken, bad news.
