Default Tower troubles

The faucet on my tower is loose. I've tightened the collar that holds it on, but the entire faucet swivels. is there a way to tighten?

You need to tighten the shank nut from inside the tower.

1. Take the cap off
2. Grip the faucet with one hand, then using the 1" tower wrench (D8JE) tighten the nut.
3. Replace cap

The shank becoming loose is very common. It is best to have the right tool for the job. But if you are in a pinch: you can use a flat head screwdriver and a hammer. Not recommend as a long term solution since this method will wear on the tower nut.

Make sure of the tower nut size: It could be either 1" or 1-1/16". We have wrenches for either size.

Please note: DO NOT spin the faucet around to tighten the nut - you will end up kinking the beer line.
