beer tapper blowing hot air

i have a tapper, it's now blowing out hot air inside, I had it service with freon 2 pds. and it's still blowning out hot air at temp of 70 degrees. Maybe someone knows what the problem could be. Maybe something else isn't working.

Whoever serviced the tapper last time needs to be called back to check system again.
