Unhappy Holy foam/flat beer

Just bought a keg of cheap beer to test out the kegerator i built. Its natural light...The pressure is at 12 and the inside temp is at 35-36. I am not sure of how to get the temp in the tower. Anyhow. I noticed that there is bubble in the beer line which is not good. How do i get rid of that? I have poured countless pours down the drain. Its 90% foam and flows REALLY fast!!. If i let it sit, its REALLY flat. I tried turnin the psi up and down to no avail. I figured it was because of the shaking around but its been like 5 hours. How do i solve this? I want to have a party tomorrow and its not good.
Thanks for any help!!
Dylan

I think i figured out the prob. I think the keg was just to sloshed around from transportation. I woke up and prayed to the beer gods it would work and it did! Is there a faster way to relive the pressure from the keg so it settles down?

Hello,

I am having the same exact problem. Bought a 1/2 barrel of natural light to try out the kegerator. First pour 90%foam second poor is just about right. But if I let it sit it goes flat really fast. I have the psi set to 12 and temp is 36-38. You just let the keg sit over night and it worked it's self out? Let me know if you did anything else. Appreciate the help.

yea...we tried pumping the pressure up to like 16-17..and still nothing. I woke up the next morning and tried again and it was still foam..i forgot to turn the pressure down so i dropped it to 13ish and REMEMBER TO pull the pressure release on the tap for a second or 2...and read the pressure again. I tried another pour and it worked magically!!!
