Default No bubbles in line before.

I recently received a beverage-air bm23 from my parents, i cleaned the lines (water only) and all the other parts, i rushed out and got a 1/2 keg of Alexander Keith's pale ale. I'm not the patient type, i tapped the keg right away and poured the first jug....1/2 foam, 1/2 beer. Second jug perfect. No bubbles in the line, 12 PSI. I did not check the temperature, but i do know now it's running at 42F from the bottles i've chilled afterwards.
After finishing this keg i cleaned all the lines and one week later put in another keg of Keith's, this one did not taste nearly as fresh as the first, and i had all kinds of bubbles in the line. Same PSI and temperature as the first.

PS: I'm working on the temperature problem to get it down to 36 - 38

You want to make sure you clean the lines with something intended for beer lines as they are not getting clean with just water. Get your temps worked out and give them a good cleaning and you should be all set.
