Blown regulator

I have an MM regulator similar to the #642. The serial # is 10088 & prod year is 02 03. When I turn the gas on it comes out of the relief valve. I don't see replacement valves available. Can this be fixed, or am I hosed? (Pun intended) Thanx & great informational site & forum.
