Default GUINNESS Set-Up please...

My system is set up as follows:
75/25 Gas mix set at 34-35psi...
Stout Spicket...
Temp. @ 38-39degF...

It taste great but there isn't very much head...
in a 16oz glass there is prolly about a half inch of head... I could even poor it real sloppy and still the head isn't much more... Is this normal?

I am assuming that your Guinness is cascading the way it is supposed to. If that is the case, then it sounds like you have the perfect pint. Enjoy! Tapman
