Why 34F? Remember in science class what we learned about gases. If you heat them they will expend - if you chill gases, they will contract. If you dispense 34F beer, it will look flat since the CO2 gas is locked in the beer and did not release to form a nice head of froth. When you drink this, that is when the gas releases and then you will be bloated and possibly not want to drink another beer. Retailers make this mistake all the time. They loose the resale. Of courde, there are two thinks that I know of to get rid of the excess gas in stomach. Back to gases - know exactly what your temperature is (38F liquid) and set pressure accordingly. Miller Lite - 14 PSIG. 12 PSIG at 34F. The reason many folks are overcarbonating is due to inaccurate temperature measuring. Use beer line length to control flow.
