Default Beer freshness

It's been stated here before that amount of time that beer will stay fresh, 30-45/60 days for unpasteurized, longer for the cooked stuff But I was wondering if this figure is for tapped beer or would it be longer if you had an unpasterized keg that was kept untapped and in good condition (temp, etc.)?

Default Keg storage

Thats for stored kegs, tapped kegs will last for a much shorter time especically if the pressure is high.
