Default Guys Please help

I am on my 15th keg with my Micro Matic conversion kit. The last three have been nothing but misery. I have now twice used a cleaning kit with line cleaner. I have soaked my faucet and scrubbed it out clean. Even with my PSI reading 5 the flow speed is too fast and I get 1/2 glass of foam consistently. The foam and beer are cold and the so is the keg. My temp is averaging 36 to 38. My gauge on the CO2 looks like I am not leaking any gas, out of the kegerator at least. I have always had the sweet kegerator out of all my buds, mine always seemed to deliver up the goods without foam. The foam thing was something I dealt with on my beginning keg not my 15th. I fear a component of my conversion kit has gone bad but I just don't have much troubleshooting experience with this type of thing. I know it is not the temp, or a cleaning issue. Help me please.

Thank you for your reply. I am not sure what a probe gasket is.

the probe is the piece that goes into the keg when the handle is push down, I do not know what type of beer you are trying to run but most beers use the d system tavern head.

I just posted a similar answer to a different problem - however I would add that if the gasket is not cracked or broken on either the keg or the probe, take a damp wash cloth and wipe both gaskets to ensure a clean, secure seal. (It's an Army thing - used in Commo - except its just water and not Ear Wax)

Also, make sure your gaskets are not loose. Your coupler probe gasket may have become seperated due to the cleaning.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Well all the gaskets look good.I have also noticed the flow is pretty fast. The way the kit is the beer line coils inside of the fridge. I also noticed it touches the co2 bottle. Could this be the problem. It is the standard line that comes with the micro matic conversion kit. On a side note my band played in Kansas recently and I hung out with Phil from Boulevard Brewery. I scored a sweet Boulevard Wheat tap handle. While drinking we joked I should get a liquor license so they could deliver it to me wholesale. Has anyone tried this? I bet it is not even possible, but I am going to check out the deal here in Oklahoma.
