Default First time hookup...need help (FOAM!)

Ok, I am running this old school bad boy eBay: NICE BEVERAGE AIR TAP BEER KEGERATOR W/KEG,HOSES + MORE (item 200116404972 end time Jun-08-07 11:29:36 PDT)
and finally hooked it up today....And it's foam crazy! I've messed with the PSI, changing it between 11-15 and it's pretty much the same result. It's been chilling for a few hours as well.

There is no thermostat but you can adjust the temp from between 1-9 on it....what is ideal??

well I am kind of new around this forum, but I will take a shot and get
some info that I know the others would probably need to help you.

What temperature is the beer on your second pour?

Have you put a glass of water in there and left it overnight to see what the general temps are staying at inside the fridge?

Try getting 38 degrees consistently and set it to 14 PSI (may vary depending on elevation)

So did you get new beer lines & faucet or did it come with all that?
Probably need a serious cleaning if they are old.
