    Talking First Beer Tastes of Plastic or Rubber.

    Well, finally got the temperature issues to go away. My 1/2 of Blue Moon is sitting pretty at about 35', and the CO2 is set to 12psi. But when I pour that first beer, apart from 50% foam, I get a weird plastic or rubber taste in the beer. I cleaned the line before tapping and made sure to flush several times. Anyone have any thoughts on the matter? I hate to pour that first beer down the drain but it's awful tasting. HELP!
