Default Danby blower mod for tower cooling

I see the blower mod in posts, but was wondering how people adapted the pipe or hose to the flat flange on the blower? My blower is on the way and I thought I could save some thinking time and turn it in to drinking time!

The opening on my blower is about 1" x 2". All you need to do is position the pipe over the opening. Leave the rest of the opening open. It will blow enough air up the pipe and the rest will circulate inside the box. My pipe and blower are attached to a wood bracket I made and attached it to the cooling plate using the existing mounting holes, with extra length screws to make up for the wood thickness.
