Default Another foam issue

First time on the forum so if this has been asked and answered, forgive me. I have a system in a fridge, tank of C02....pressure set at only about 5-6 and I get a spurt or small stronger than normal blast of foam after about one to two seconds after I begin to pour. It happens after several minutes. If I pour two beers, it only happens on the first pour. Its Bud Lite. Any suggestions?

Acquire 38F beer temperature and if you reside at sea level to 1000', set pressure at 14 PSIG.
