Default Temp/Press

Thanks for a quick reply to a previous question.. I was wondering if a Temp/Pressure listing for different brewers is avail. I don't always like to drink the same stuff. It would be nice to have a book or some type of reference so I can adjust drafting correctly, or at least get it close, the first time. Thanks again

If you are at sea level and 38F, most ales and lagers will require 12-14 PSIG. The key is to research what carbonation level in volumes are specified by the brewer. 2.5 volumes is quite common and will perform well with above pressure. Some higherr carbonated products may require a couple of pounds more.
