Default Pressure stuck at 10 PSI

Set up my kegerator to serve Guinness for teh first time. Have all the required hardware and a 5# mix gas tank. Everything was was working fine until last week when I noticed the pressure had dropped to 15PSI and I couldn't screw the screw in on the regulator any more to increase the pressure. The next day it dropped to 10 PSI and has held there for the past week. I'm not even half way through the keg of Guinness yet and the gas tank was just filled for this keg. Could the regulator be bad? I know its probably showing the correct pressure b/c I can tell when I pour a pint that there's not near enough pressure. I just don't understand why the pressure droppped like that and how I can increase the pressure if the screw is all the way in. Any ideas?
