Default New Home Bar with Tower Issues

I'm currently building a new home bar. I recently purchased a commercial grade "48" back bar" cooler. The unit is designed to go under cabinet. I would like to mount a 3" tower unit on the bar aprox. 18-24" from the cooler. The cooler has knock out plugs on the back and one side that are 2" diameter. Can anyone inlighten me on the techniques of how to keep the beer lines and tower cold. I know some of the methods used are direct draw, forced air, and glyco units but have no Idea of the logistics involved with them. Which type would be best for my set up? I was thinking the forced air...are these constructed in "loop"? What turns the fan on and off? Please help with any or all of my questions. Thank you in advance.

Forced air would be the way to go. A direct run to the tower will work but a return with a baffle would work even better. If you think it is worth the extra work and $. I would run the fan when I am dispensing, parties, that type of thing. The fan could run all the time but that will use electricity and the beer lost in that short of run is not much.

Default moving air into the tower

Read the "Danby Kegerator Improvements" threads under the "Kegerators & Kegerator kits @ Home" forum. There's a few ideas in there on moving air into the tower.
