Default Kegerator Blues

So I've looked at a number of posts and none seem to deal with the problem I am having. I have a kegerator and for the past three kegs they have worked fine until about we are 75-90% done with the keg. At this point the kegs act like they are empty (spurting foam). We just got new kegs at this point and left the others lying around, which after about a week I tried (just for kicks) a party pump on and they both started giving out beer. The third keg just stopped working tonight. I tried a number of things and after untapping it and relieving the pressure inside the keg, when I tap it I hear a sound like air filling the keg, much the same as if I tap an empty keg.

I am at a loss here and everything we have tried has not worked, if this helps I tried pouring beer for a while into a pitcher (it came out as spurty foam) and after a few minutes it settled so I poured into my glass and it was cloudy from the bubbles longer than normal (the bubbles seemed smaller too). Also when the first keg stopped working we replaced CO2 tank, so there is plenty of that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
