Default leaky faucet

We just built a kegerator with a kit from micro matic, but the faucet just keeps dripping like crazy. Everything seems to be set up right, but it won't stop. Please help

Remove the faucet and check the seals for damage. Pay attention to the shaft seat. This is the seal that determines if the faucet is open or closed.
