Default Hiss coming from Regulator - PHOTO

OK....only 1 month old is my MicroMatic Premium Dual Regulator. All of a sudden last night I started to get a "hissing" sounds coming from the regulator. I noticed that if I put my finger over this hole it stopped. (SEE PHOTO ATTACHED)

I have been dispensing HomeBrew for over a month perfectly fine...why did this start all of a sudden last night? My usual routine is to carb for 48 hours @ 34F and 25PSI. Then I back off gas to 8PSI and dispense, this method has worked fantastic for me. Why all of a sudden is that hole on the regulator hissing CO2?

Cheers!
Mark A.

Thanks! Hey....any idea how I would have gotten a hole in the diaphragm? The regulator is only 1 month old.
