Need help with air blender
I have an account that if a bartender accidently hits the pressure release valve on a keg coupler when changing a keg all regulators go to zero. The pressure is cut off to everything in the cooler for between 30 and 45 minutes.
This is a 2 year old chain restaurant. They use bulk co2 and an air blender. The air blender has an automatic moisture release valve and a air filter/dryer.
In this period when the blender gas does not reach the cooler the air compressor pressure is over 100psi and the bulk pressure is high also. When the pressure comes back in the cooler the air compressor does not start up until the compressor drops below 80psi. The blender does not shut down if either the co2 or air is not present. It is a complete mystery why the pressure is cut off to cooler for 30 to 45 minutes.
Anyone ever had this problem?
