Cool In line restrictor

I was called to an account where one line was not pouring at all. After checking all the usual things I thought I had a frozen line until I discovered their was a in line metal mesh restrictor in the shank orfice. I removed it and soaked it in solution for a few minutes. It did not seem to be dirty but it was the problem. It is a long draw 150 ft system that is cleaned every two weeks.

My question is once they clog up will the continue to clog?
Where can you buy them and how can you tell the size 1/2# 1# ?

Possibly a bad keg of beer caused it to be clogged??? If you remove it you are pouring foam -- It is my understanding that they are use as a quick fix to balance a line.
