Default Type A vs M couplers

I know the type A and type M german sliders have the same bodies. I have 2 type A Micro Matic couplers. Is the probe for the type M coupler avaliable for purchase? I want to convert 1 of my type A to a type M. There are no replacement parts tab avaliable when viewing the details to the type m couplers on the Micro Matic web page.
