Arrow Need help setting up multi-tap system

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good article or walk-through on creating a multi-keg system with several regulators to control individual PSI?

Secondly, I am also hoping someone can point me to a tutorial and list of required parts to set up a guinness co2/n2o system?

Thanks in advance!

Your best bet would be to search the Micromatic site, refer to the MMTV, Beer Articles and links like those at the top of this page. You should be able to find something there. They also offer the dispense institute which is a training class you can take. Other than that you may want to hire a professional. There are lot of things you could mess up that will cause headaches for a long time to come if they are done wrong.

I guess my first question would be; are you building a home kegerator or purchasing one? If you want to purchase one I suggest getting a True TD-3 or Beverage Air 3 (holds 3 kegs). I own a True TD-3 and absolutely love it! I put dual towers on mine to either serve 2 kegs lager & 1 Nitro beer or 2 kegs Nitro beer and 1 lager. One faucet is always dormant but it allows for very good lattitude in how you want to serve beers up. A 4 keg one was too large for my use and as much as I like beer 3 kegs on tap at one time is adequate!

Here's some pics:

VIDEO

Some of the parts I used:
2 - 10Lb Aluminum CO2 tanks
2 - 22 Cuft Aluminum Nitrogen tanks
1 - Mixed Gas Regulator- Nitrogen 942BN
1 - Mixed Gas CO2 942B
2 - 2 Pressure - CO2 Secondary 1162
1 - Truemix Gas Blender Double TM200
3/16" I.D. Clear Vinyl Hose 547C600 (Beer)
5/16" I.D. Braided Vinyl Hose (Gas)

You will also need all the tail pieces, clamps and fittings. I can email you my entire parts list if you would like. Understand I put about $4,500 onto my Mastercard for this baby too but for me it's priceless!

ALL THE PICS - LARGE

Always a glorious sight to see when a home bar owner utilizes a McDantim gas blender! Great job!

Scott thank you! You were my most valuable resource when putting this baby together. Thanks for all the help on putting the parts list together with me! Scott actually answered my email while he was on vacation! Talk about dedication!!! BTW Scott, this baby has poured one perfect beer after another for 18 months now and seen the better part of 30 kegs so far!

Cheers!

Thehammer,

If you do not oppose, I have to use that quote in our workshops!

My apologies for the delayed reply, but thank you everyone for your comments. I was able to find a few articles on the MM site as well as elsewhere on the internet.

TheHammer, your setup is absolutely incredible. I think it will be a few years before I am advanced enough to do something like that. My compliments, though!
