Default Regulators inside the Fridge??

I just bought a MicroMatic Premium 4 product secondary regulator for my beer fridge. (It looks great!) I just converted a chest freezer to a beer fridge, by making a wooden collar for the faucets, and plugging it into a temperature regulator with probe. The internal temp has been varying from approx 34F to 40F. That's about as narrow as I can get it.

My question is, will the primary regulator on my CO2 tank, and this new 4 product regulator have any problems operating at this temperature? How much is too cold for the regulator?

I have to keep this beer fridge in the garage, and it gets REALLY hot out there about 3 months of the year, so I'd like to keep everything self-contained inside the unit. I suppose i COULD mount the 4 product secondary regulator on the outside, but I want to have as few holes as possible to keep the thing cold.

ANY problems with keeping the tank and/or regulators in the cold?
Thanks!

You will not have any problems with the regualtors inside the fridge, they are used inside coolers all the time in commercial application. You should keep you gas tank outside of the unit however, the temp diference will make it so you get less gas from the tank and your high pressure gauge will not be as useful because it will read lower from the get go. Be careful when you drill because you do not want to hit any cooling lines runing through the unit. If you you use the right size drill bit you will not experience any major insualtive loss.
