Running Trunk line outside

Working on plan for a small beach bar. They have cooler in an out building near outside bar and 90 feet from main bar room. They want to run draft beer to main bar from this cooler.

Looking for suggestions on best way to run this line. It can not be underground. There is a permanent tented area between the two buildings. Can this be run inside an insulated box chase?

We are in Virginia so temps over 100 degrees occ***ionally during summer. Also, bar closed during winter, so what is best method to winterize the lines?
