Default Another FOB Question

Boy these things are never ending source of questions from me....When using Micromatics FD-1 stainless FOB with 5/16 barrier tubing do you need to change the barb fitting? I am pretty sure it is set up for 3/8". Do I use a short piece of 3/8" then splice it? Can the fitting be changed? Let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks!

Ed

I don't believe the barb fitting can be changed as that would have to be done at the *******. So, I just use the short 3/8" piece to step down.

Ed,

Another option would be to position the FOB between the coupler and the wall bracket using the 3/8" jumper line. Be certain to clamp past the barbs on the tailpiece.
