Global Dispense Systems

Has anyone ever heard of Global Dispense System FOBs? If so is there a cleaning setting for these? I came across them at a new account and am struggling with cleaning the system. I've attached a picture of the FOB to help with identification. Thanks in advance!

there doesn't appear to be any way to lock open the float to properly clean these according to the photo
