Default Smallest glycol unit available?

If you want cold deck for a very short run, would you still need a 1/3 horse unit or do they make very small units for under 50' of line. It would be awesome to get a small one for the deck from the basement but at $1500 for a new 1/3 horse this isn't a viable option.
Any thoughts?
Kyle

Check out this power pack. This is a 1/3 HP unit.
