Unhappy coupler/beer line leak= no beer

So I just purchased a Danby chill n' tap and have had no luck getting a pint of beer out. I used to bartend at a microbrewery and would like to think I am capable of getting this to function properly, but no luck.
Does anyone else have trouble with the coupler/beer hose connection? Every time I tap the keg, the seal leaks. Its almost as if there should be a rubber piece between the end of the beer connection hose and the coupler. There is the black piece and the ball below it inside the coupler, but this metal on metal connection is not working properly, I know its obviously not supposed to leak, but does anyone know what all the pieces used in this connection are and can possibly post a photo? Is this a coupler problem or a hose connection problem?
Please help, I am determined not to have to return this and start all over again!

Are you using the neoprene washer?

There's definitely supposed to be a washer in there. My Danby came with the one Landon linked for you.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
