Default Leaving a trunk line empty?

With a multiple line Trunk, is there a best way to leave one of the product lines empy? Should we pack that line with something?
I want to keep the line in good condition without effecting cooling of remaining lines

Thanks

Just make sure you seal off both ends off the line not being used and you'll be OK.
